Are you ready to sharpen your drawing skills? Our Drawing and Sketching Fundamentals class is perfect for all skill levels!

 During this 8-week course, children will learn pencil handling, pressure techniques, blending, shading, still-life drawing skills and techniques. Students will finish this course with a portfolio of drawings and a strong understanding of this classic medium to continue their artistic journey.

WEEKS 1 & 2: How to start a drawing; The Artistic Process

WEEKS 3, 4, & 5: Shading

WEEKS 6, 7, & 8: Portraiture 

All supplies and materials included: charcoal pencils, kneadable eraser, rubber eraser, sketchpad, student sketching pencils, blending stumps.


Classes run weekly on Sunday mornings from 9am-10:30am

January 8th - March 5th  *No class on February 19th*

Ages 6-14
